2025 - 2026 Registration Details

Parkway West is a proud member of the Mid States Club Hockey Association (MSCHA), the primary St. Louis high school hockey league.

High School

The High School program applies to all players entering grades 9, 10, 11, 12 in the Fall 2025. This single registration covers all Parkway West practices, games and Summer Skates through August 2026.

• HIGH SCHOOL - JV/VARSITY ONLY. This option is for players who will be *Frozen* to the JV or Varsity roster only, in accordance with MSCHA regulations. For clarification on this option, please check with the coaching staff.
• HIGH SCHOOL - SWING (VARSITY / JV / B).  This option is for players who will be rostered on multiple teams throughout the season. This is the correct registration for the majority of players.

Middle School

The Middle School program applies to all players entering grades 6, 7, 8 in the Fall 2025. This single registration covers all Parkway West practices, games and Summer skates through August 2026.

• MIDDLE SCHOOL (B / C). This option is for players who will compete in the B and/or C development leagues only (Spring 2026). Players will wear club practice jerseys during games.

Games

The High School program typically competes in a preseason Varsity tournament, (20) regular season Varsity games, (16) regular season Junior Varsity games, and post-season playoffs at both the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels. Eligible high school players will also compete in the B Level Spring League. The Middle School program typically competes in up to (10) Spring League games in each of the B and C development league levels.

Practices

Regular season practices run September through February:

• Sundays @ Creve Couer (5:25 - 6:25)  *HS & MS
• Tuesdays @ Creve Couer (8:30 - 9:30)  *HS only
• Wednesdays @ Queeny Park (4:00 - 5:00)  *HS only

Summer Skates typically run July through August:

• Various dates / times @ Maryville University Hockey Center  *HS & MS

Costs

Club Fees:

• HIGH SCHOOL - JV/VARSITY ONLY = $1,700
• HIGH SCHOOL - SWING (VARSITY / JV / B) = $1,950
• MIDDLE SCHOOL (B / C) = $200

Fees include all applicable games and practices.

Additional Fees:

• First Year and New West High School players will incur a $100 Uniform Fee (includes game uniforms, practice jersey, team bag, team jacket).
• Returning players may incur a $100 Uniform Fee when jersey changes are made (pending design / team vote).

Parkway West Hockey Club recognizes that Club Fees should not factor in a player's decision to play high school hockey. Please contact club President Matt Horenkamp for further information.

Equipment 

All players must have full pads/gear for on-ice sessions, including neck laceration protection.
