Parkway West Hockey – B Team Overview

The Parkway West Hockey B Team is a developmental program designed specifically for 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students who are interested in joining the Parkway West Hockey community. This team serves as an introduction to organized hockey within our club and focuses on building strong foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Our goal is to help young athletes:

• Grow their confidence on the ice
• Improve skating, puck handling, and game awareness
• Learn teamwork and sportsmanship
• Prepare for future participation in higher-level teams

The B Team competes in the Mid States Spring B Team League, which provides a great opportunity for players to experience real game situations while continuing to develop their skills.

Whether your child is new to hockey or looking to take the next step, the B Team is a great way to get involved, meet teammates, and become part of the Parkway West Hockey family.

B team eligibility

2025 MidStates Eligibility:

- Birth years 2010, 2011 and 2012.

- Players must be in 7th, 8th 9th or 10th grade.

- No Junior Elite, Tier 1, AAA, AAA Lady Blues, Central States Bantam Major, Midget Minor, Midget Major, Central States Prospects Bantam Major or Midget Minor, Midget Major, Twin Bridges Elite, Carshield players.
