Below is the registration information for the 2024-25 B and C team seasons.  

Fees for 2024/25 Season:

$300 - B team only (2009, 2010, 2011)

$250 - C Team only (6th, 7th, 8th grades)

Online Payment Options have changed from previous years!!
If paying by check please make checks payable to Parkway West Hockey.

You must register with USA Hockey and Midstates Hockey before proceeding.

2. Mid States Registration (Not required for Pee Wee practice only players)
